With this handset, the user will not need to look at the screen with just the special touches. For example, simply place your finger on any screen position and move your finger up, the phone will open, if your finger moves to the right, you have opened the reading program.
This device for blind or visually impaired users is provided with a built-in call and messaging function, a mailbox, speech-to-speech software, voice recorder, navigation system and erase function. It also automatically records data.
RAY's smartphone for the underprivileged
Qualcomm has not announced the price of this phone as well as its launch date. However, according to Project RAY, you can buy it online from November 20. This new phone has been tested with over 100 people.
Earlier, phones for the underprivileged were branded by some companies. Mostly these phones look like regular phones but have large icons on the screen. Even the phone projects using Brailer.
