As the herd crosses the river in Masai National Park in Kenya during the annual migration, the wildebeest always face the danger of starving wild crocodiles.

Photographer Andrey Gudkov, 38, author of the photos, said alligators were really hungry because of the rain, which caused the migration of wildebeest to slow down compared to normal.
