Manhattanhenge is sometimes called Manhattan's point of view - actually a natural phenomenon that appeared in New York in the middle of the year.

This phenomenon occurs when the sun sets in line with the East-West streets of the main street network in the Manhattan districts of New York City.

The term 'Manhattanhenge' is derived from Stonehenge - the ancient rocks in England where the Sun is also aligned with the rocks on the solstice (including Eastern solstice and Lower solstice) similarly.
