Super typhoon on level 17 is entering the South China Sea
Typhoon No. 4 has just poured into the Central region, the new super typhoon named Meranti, strong at level 17 (200-220km / hour), jerking at level 17. Again heading to the South China Sea.
According to the Central Hydrometeorological Center, Meranti is currently operating on the waters off the Pacific Northwest.

The strongest wind in the area near the center of strong storm level 17 (200-220km / hour), jerking on level 17.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours , the storm will move northwest, about 20km per hour. At 10 am on September 14 , the location of the center of the storm is about 21.1 degrees North latitude; 120.0 degrees east longitude, on the northeast sea of the East Sea. The strongest wind in the area near the storm center is strong at level 17, jerking at level 17.
In the next 24 to 48 hours , the storm has the ability to change the direction of travel in the Northwest direction, every hour is 15-20km. By 10 o'clock on September 15 , the location of the storm center is about 23.2 degrees Vi Bac; 116.7 degrees Kinh Dong, on the southeast coast of Guangdong province (China). The strongest wind in the area near the center of the storm is level 15, jerking at level 17.
Due to the impact of the storm, from the morning of September 14 , the East Sea in the East Sea has strong winds up to level 10-14, the area near the center of the storm passes level 15-17, jerks on level 17. The sea is fierce.
