The Institute is a training, scientific research and technology transfer unit under the University of Technology - VNU, in coordination with Viettel Group.
The Institute of Aerospace Technology (School of Aerospace Engineering, SAE) was established with the aim of training and providing high quality human resources for aerospace technology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels; research and develop key technologies and products in the aerospace field, meeting the country's civil and security-defense requirements.

Training program conducted in 4.5 years, with an engineering degree. Students will be taught by leading scientists and experts at home and abroad (including experts from Viettel Group).
During the learning process, students will practice and practice at modern laboratories of Hanoi National University, Viettel Group, .
Students who are admitted to the internship, earn a salary at Viettel, are allowed to participate in Viettel's product research and design projects right from their seat in the school chair (from the 3rd year).
