Four days ago, the Vietnamese representative defeated Hong Kong (China) with a score of 5-1, winning the championship in the 2015 ABU Robocon competition in Indonesia. For the first time, overseas Vietnamese brought home the championship, Le Van Chinh (K9 Automation class student) shared that he had a happy feeling mixed with pride. It is found in this competition, each opponent has its own strong points. Hong Kong is confident because they are strong teams, winning all previous matches and going straight to the final. Japan competes stubbornly, with extremely high team spirit. China has a surprising, unpredictable way of fighting, its robots are completely automated, technology is superior to other teams.

" We took the time to take a look at each of the previous teams' matches to come up with proper tactics, limit strengths, and make the most of the opponent's weaknesses. The technique is different, ' Chinh said, and said that Vietnam 's robots are the strongest in spherical balls with fast speed, short lines, so the opponent is hard to steer to support. Therefore, they kept winning when they passed Table C until they reached the final, winning Hong Kong.

It is the success and effort of many people who share the championship . Begin with the orientation of the teacher when advising them to create a "badminton" robot . Many nights the team members slept in order to tinker with each part, practice the competitions. Hungyen Techedu Robocon team has 9 people but only 3 members take the exam. When the team competes in Indonesia, the remaining members in the country still follow each match and comment.

In the team, it is the person who comes to the earliest robot . When he was a sophomore, he followed his seniors to make robots and fall in love. The situation of my family is difficult, my parents do not have a secondary job but only rely on farming. Going to school on weekends, Chinh often helps his parents do housework, and the rest of the time is spent with robots. In the process of learning, I also made some home appliances such as fan, complete electrical system for a room.

Among the 3 members, Tran Van Manh (Nam Sach, Hai Duong) seems to be the most outgoing student. Stepping out of the airport, Manh is also the one who sheds the most tears when he sees his parents. A student of Industrial Electronics class said that he could not resist because he was too happy.

Last year, he learned how to build a robot, but he loved it."Every time I see the robot working, I feel more enchanted, trying to improve with the best possible level," Manh said. At home, Manh often makes some products for his family's activities such as designing remote control circuits, upgrading electric appliances.

Knowing that Pham Van Bac's son and his team arrived in Hanoi this morning, Mr. Pham Van Ly was driving on Thai Binh river and rushed to the airport. He said he received the news that the children won, he celebrated all night without sleep. His wife selling fish at the market also took a break to report the good news to her relatives. Welcoming the son at the airport, the couple could not hold back their tears of joy.

Sharing the feeling of victory, the North said "like a warrior going into battle, fighting hard" Like Manh, Bac has been building robots for almost a year now, since he touched his robot, he had a special interest.

On the rest of the country for a day, 3 students will enter the graduation project on August 28th. Despite having a place to apply for a job, Chinh wants to learn more foreign languages, some skills to prepare for the most favorable interview. North wants to rest a few days after graduation and then submit the application to work; and Manh will learn more, continue his passion for robots.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Head of the delegation, accompanied with members of Robocon team shared: " They won the championship completely deserved ". Ms. Tran Thi Ngoat, lecturer of Electrical and Electronics Faculty said before the members set out to compete, both teachers and students prepared a clear plan of upgrading, improving and practicing robots. The team has detailed exercises and the children follow the instructions of the instructor.

" Robocon is a playground for students. They are the main characters who give ideas and implement, teachers only advise. Young people always have many ideas that are never empty so please trust and give them have the opportunity to express themselves, "said Ngo Ngo.
