According to the Telegraph, the car was introduced on the same day the government officially allowed the testing of unmanned vehicles on the street, to assert a leading position in the development of new technology.

The prototype of the Lutz Pathfinder was designed and built by the RDM Group. "We have created a visual prototype that represents the UK's best engineering and design , " said David Keene, RDM Group leader.

Under the plan, the driverless car will be deployed on some pedestrian streets in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, later this year. Experts will ensure the compatibility of Lutz cars and gradually introduced in many other cities. This type of vehicle is expected to reduce pollution and traffic congestion, reduce accidents.
