A group of students at the Ho Chi Minh City Industrial and Commercial College took advantage of the school printers to design an automatic text stamp machine, reducing the burden on teachers during each enrollment. .
Nearly 3 years of attachment under the roof of the College of Industry and Trade, a group of students interested in research found that every year in the enrollment season, the school had to receive a lot of students' admission documents and notices elect. Therefore, the school needs a large workforce to carry out the stamp for the enrollment period.
Not only that, there are many other papers that need to be stamped in the school year, so the amount of human resources used for this job is not small.
On the other hand, the economy is growing, goods and services are regular transactions of every day that must be confirmed by a seal. In state agencies, the amount of documents waiting for the stamp is very large, but the work is also relatively large, thus, leading to the situation of stagnant papers, causing much loss of time and money of the people.

" It is because of this that Vien's research group has created the idea of designing and manufacturing automatic text stamp machines to serve at the school. Moreover, there are hardly any machines on the market to take care of stamped text automatically, this is considered a new direction of the group in the future "- Le Dinh Vien, the leader of the research team said.
Vien said that, especially, the design of the group can take advantage of the school's bottle as a damaged old printer .
According to Nguyen Van Linh, the biggest difficulty that the team members face is the programming of the code that takes the task of sending commands and receiving signals from the Arduino circuit board to other parts of the system.

" In the process of writing code, many times when I finished writing when I tried it, I found out that the code was wrong and I had to find other solutions. The whole group had to go online to find out, ask teachers, friends and use every external support to get the right code "- Linh shared.
The group also said that in the process of research, research, the group must ensure that the device is easy to use for non-professionals and easy to take paper when there is a paper jam incident.
Regarding the operating principle of the machine, the system controller uses the Intel Arduino UNO circuit board and AT mega microcontroller 328 . Paper is stacked on paper trays with a quantity of 200-300 sheets. At the same time, the paper is rolled in with the stepper motor after pressing the work button.
When the rolled paper encounters two sensors S1 and S2, it is stopped and the stamp system moves the seal down to the predetermined position. After closing, the seal shaft will lift and the motor will pull the paper out, after the paper is pulled out of the S1 sensor, then the electromagnet will be clicked to put the paper in. The process of putting in paper will continue to be the same.

Currently, the machine closes 15 seals within 1 minute and can operate continuously without any error. According to the members of the group, this is a positive signal to be able to develop speed stamp of the machine.
In addition, the future development direction of the group with this machine is to manufacture seals capable of continuous closure; redesigned the seal section easily and conveniently during the opening and closing process and can seal many types of seals; Improved compact, aesthetically pleasing mechanical part, more compact size and retrofit for the machine that can control and monitor remotely.
