The reason why you are farting

Drinking too much carbonated water and eating too much cruciferous vegetables are two of the reasons why people lose a lot.

We all fart. But if you suddenly fart a lot, your body is not okay. Below are 6 reasons Men's Health offers.

Drink lots of carbonated water

Carbonated water makes the air trapped in the colon the culprit causing 50% of excessive deflations. If you want to reduce fart and keep eating habits, burp more because this action helps the gas to go up instead of down.

Eat too many sweets

Our bodies cannot digest artificial sugars like sorbitol or zylitol in sugarless gum. As a result, they lie down in the intestines, leading to farting.

Natural sugars , especially fructose (sugar in fruits) also lead to farting because some people lack enzymes that digest it.

Eat too many vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables such as kale, cabbage, brussels and broccoli contain a carbohydrate that makes them difficult to digest. Once stuck in your intestines, these vegetables will deflect you. Add enzymes to limit this effect.

Stress

Intestines and emotions are linked by a network of nerves and neurotransmitters. Scientists even call the digestive system the "second brain". This means that the stressed mind will negatively affect the intestine. Try to relax to calm both mind and body.

Eat too much dairy food

Lactose intolerance occurs when the body does not produce lactate, the milk-digesting enzyme. This condition may appear when you are older even though you still eat normal dairy foods.

People who have a lot of deflation should try to abstain from milk for a few days. If you find it easier and less farting, it's time to reconsider your diet.

Constipation

Constipation causes stools to collect in the intestines and release rotten gas. If you fall into this situation, temporarily cut down on foods that are high in carbohydrates that are difficult to absorb in 6-8 weeks.
