After 30 minutes of 'looking' at the target, he described it as 'a circular lake about 30m in diameter', 'a rectangular swimming pool 18m x 24m long', and 'a concrete block that can be is a water purification plant'. In 1973, Price told Puthoff that he had 'seen' several underground alien bases under mountains around the world. One of them is in Mount Perdido, 3,352 meters high, in the Pyrenees range between France and Spain.

According to Price, there is an alien base with a circumference of about 4km, equipped with a series of advanced detectors and sensors, many UFOs in the dump. Another base is in Mount Inyangani, in Zimbabwe, Africa, which Price says is a center for maintenance and equipment supply.

Another base located under Mount Hayes in the far northeast of Anchorage, Alaska, is described as a center for alien weather and geology research. Atwater took great interest in the psychic, but unfortunately Price died under mysterious circumstances in 1975. In 1991, SRI incorporated the Stargate Project and the entire program was terminated and declassified. in 1995, after a CIA report concluded it was not useful for any intelligence operations.

There's no way to know how effective Price's foresight is. It has never been officially recognized, even the possibility of that being real is still up for debate.
