Accordingly, the local environmental agency said about 4 tons of alkylbenzene sulfonic acid accidentally flowed into the water. Fortunately, the water is not affected by the people. In addition, authorities say the substance is harmless and very soluble.

However, according to local media reports, the authorities did not warn people that the polluted water could cause irritation to the skin and eyes, and even burns. In the viral video, many people, including children, are playing with snow bubbles on the surface of the river. 

In a statement, the authorities said a truck carrying 145 containers of more than 28 tons of detergent had been in an accident. That led to about 24 barrels being broken and pouring into the river, creating a scene of white snow foam covering the surface of the water. The government is currently examining the safety of the water. In addition, the impact of the incident on the natural environment has not been mentioned.
