There is water in the Moon Stone
American scientists have found evidence that there is water in the moon's rock. This has challenged the theory of Earth's satellite formation, which is now accepted by the scientific community.
It is thought that the Moon was created in a terrible collision between Earth and a planet-sized object. The impact caused a tremendous amount of heat, causing all the water on the Moon to evaporate.

However, the new research results show that water is present on the Moon's surface in volcanic eruptions 3 billion years ago. If so, water can be part of the Moon from the beginning.
This finding was published in Nature after a team of Brown University scientists, Carnegie Science Institute, and Western Reserve University Case studied titanium stones that looked like glass tablets because Apollo spacecraft brought back more than four decades ago.
