Having a hair that automatically changes color according to the weather every time you go out probably only exists in fictional movies. But now you can completely do this.

A British company called Studio The Unseen has developed a discolored hair dye called Fire - allowing your hair color to change based on the ambient temperature.

The hair may be red when outdoors and switch to natural hair color when inside. Or you can change colors from cold (black) to hot (red), black to white, silver to blue, blue to white, and black to yellow - according to Forbes magazine.

It is known that molecules with a carbon-like structure in the dye absorb light when impacted by temperature changes, thereby creating different colors when you travel to different places.

For example, silver hair turning blue will be activated at 15 degrees C (59 degrees F), or when black turns red, it will exist at a temperature of 31 degrees C (88 degrees F) .

These dyes will fade after several washes, without leaving any effect on your scalp.

The inventor of this dye - Lauren Bowker shared with IFLScience, that this dye is quite safe. The ingredients used to make this dye are very toxic, hardly hurting the hair and scalp.

Currently, the research team is looking for a trading partner of scale to license this technology.

Although Fire is still in the process of refining, it is necessary to carefully assess safety before you can buy it. However, Studio The Unseen is also cooking up a plan to create a permanent dye, not just a temporary one like this.

It may be a change in temperature from a person's emotions, such as embarrassment, blushing and discoloration.

According to the research team, the goal of the product not only represents the diversity and convenience of dyes but also encourages young people to participate in science and technology.
