Facing the above situation, Mr. Le Hong in zone 11, Thanh Ba town (Phu Tho province) has explored and researched TK90 type of fuel-saving and environmentally-friendly stove to replace traditional kitchen stoves.

Mr. Hong said that the kitchen is designed based on the thermal theory of internal combustion engine, compact structure, high durability; use all types of fuels of plant origin, agricultural byproducts such as rice straw, dry trees, wood shavings, sawdust, rice husk and firewood. High efficiency, at the same time can boil 2-3 devices; Thermal efficiencies range from 34-36% (traditional kitchen cookers only reach 11-13%).

The kitchen is designed to suit all families in rural, mountainous, ethnic minority areas (household cookers, kitchens for livestock, collective kitchens, offices, schools, restaurants). .

TK90 kitchen has a simple operation principle but has a great effect in saving fuel, while minimizing toxic emissions, smoke and dust into the environment; Save 50-70% of fuel compared to conventional cookers.

"Each kitchen has a price of 150,000-250,000 VND, has a durability of 3-5 years. With such a reasonable price, every family can buy a kitchen for living" , Mr. Hong said.

In the coming time, the family actively cooperates with the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Phu Tho province to implement a scientific project, research and apply new technologies, develop improved cookers TK90 to serve demand for use of people in midland and mountainous areas to save energy and protect the environment.

His family is also investing in expanding the factory and recruiting some local workers.

Currently, his family's production facilities create jobs for 6 local laborers with an income of 3 million VND / person / month.
