New research shows that good child care practices at the hospital will help minimize future cognitive abilities.

This is a study by a group of scientists from the University of British Columbia (Canada) has been published in the Science Translational Medicine magazine.

The team had a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan of 95 babies born 8 to 16 weeks earlier than normal (40 weeks) and raised in an incubator.

Then, they compared the child's head size, weight and body length.

They found that the faster the growth of children, the faster and normal the development of gray matter in the brain.

The research team suggests that fortifying and reducing the risk of disease in premature babies can help promote normal neurodevelopment of children.
