In terms of efficacy, according to the 10mg / kg dose regimen, single oral administration showed a marked improvement in clinical symptoms such as eosinophils, antibody titer, liver damage on TCZ ultrasound. affecting 2 biochemical indicators assessing renal function including urea and crreatinine; Using TCZ saves 1.5 million VND compared to previous Enmetin medicine.

Only in the period of 18 months of research and treatment for 500 patients who have saved the cost of over 750 million VND and in the long run, the economic efficiency is very large.

The solution has been applied and contributed to solving the urgent, regular and long-term needs of people with liver fluke in Vietnam.

This is the solution that won the second prize at the 6th Technical Innovation Contest (2008-2009) in Binh Dinh province.
