This product was awarded by the World Bank in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment KaWai (the award for business ideas), on the occasion of the Vietnamese innovation day and won the second prize at the Creative Innovation Competition. The first farmer's art was held in October 2005.

The development of cassava starch and seaweed processing has made the life of the people in his countryside significantly improved, but it has caused this village to become increasingly polluted, trees surrounding barren ponds and lakes. dead series. When waste water flows to the field, it suffers from tires and low productivity.

With the thought of doing anything to take advantage of waste, contributing to cleaning up the burning environment in him for a long time. His " scientific research work " began casually. After every shower, he often observed trees sprouting again and again. He learned and knew because the amount of rain water diluting the concentration of acid and nitrogen in the waste should make the trees revive.

Every day, from dawn, the people in the village saw him in his work clothes, smeared and smeared by the stinking waste from ponds, fields, drains to the shore, dried. Then meticulously look, use the hand to remove the impurities and then loaded them into the car to take home.

Some people even thought that he was mentally ill. But he pointed to the dense sludge sludge boxes that were lined up in his production area and did not hide " Money from there ".

Sludge is accumulated for a long time from the waste of the village, which is taken from ponds, drains and then put into jacks to run out of water, dried, crushed for lime to remove sour, mixed with peat, transplanted microorganisms enter and use EM preparations to deodorize. When he had basically completed the technology, he applied the plants and the cultivated area of ​​the family for unexpectedly high efficiency.

Mr. Sinh confided: In 1996, I borrowed VND 60 million from the bank, invested in production. But not getting into the market by small product base, marketing is not focused. Therefore, in two years the family was unable to repay, so it was sealed by the bank. All spouses and children only have 10 m2 of temporary kitchen space. Tuition fees for four children have to be owed to the teacher dozens of times.

Failure and difficulty did not frustrate him. Cramped, inadequate does not affect his will and determination to study. Every day, he takes care of technical work, his wife and children take part in drying and grinding waste. After the finished product, he went to each farmer's household in the area to encourage them to try their products to take care of the plants.

From giving up to selling slowly, the product of his family's organic fertilizer has gradually been trusted by people because of high quality productivity, not inferior to those sold on the market.

" Good rumors are far away ", surrounding farmers also visit and place orders more and more in large quantities. Two years later, he had enough money to repay the bank, redeem the house. Now, he has set up the Truong Sinh organic fertilizer production facility because he is the director. Each year produces 1,400 tons, with a price of 900 VND / kg, lower than the same products sold dozens of times on the market. Approximately 20 workers involved in production have an income of 700,000 VND / month.

From this success, the problem of trade village waste is overcome, there is no strong stench coming from ponds and lakes. The product of synthetic organic fertilizer is used up to 70% of waste, pond sludge remaining 30% is another additive so it works very well, improving soil environment. Sinh said that in the coming time, the production facility will market new fertilizer products for dry hills, for clean vegetables and slow-melting fertilizer products only 1 time for 1 life of vegetables.
