According to Lieutenant Colonel Luong, when the storm surged, strong winds continued to change in three directions, estimating sea waves rising more than 10 meters and feeling trusses shaking but not significantly. According to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh, assessing the big storm, from the previous day the unit has been fighting against the rig. At the same time, the equipment and supplies are packed and listed high. In addition, soldiers on old rigs have been transferred to new rigs, 50 meters away, so everyone is safe.
