Unmanned commercial aircraft

Unmanned aerial vehicles are no stranger to advanced military, such as the United States. But in the field of commerce this is a new concept.

Aircraft manufacturers are actively competing to jump into the promising civilian drone market. The field of operation of this aircraft is not limited at all: road and waterway traffic monitoring, crop monitoring, drought monitoring, oil pipeline monitoring, border protection. A representative of the unmanned civilian airplane was introduced at the Farnborough Air Show .

Its name is Herti, manufactured by British BAE Systems. On the plane is an extremely sophisticated sensor and camera system that does not need a conventional remote control system. Herti can "think" himself. The user just sets the route accurately and with just one click, it will do everything by itself, from takeoff to landing. It is capable of self-handling in emergencies such as detecting another plane at risk.
