Use vaccine to treat herpes genital herpes

Yale researchers have developed a new vaccine that can fight Herpes (genital herpes) and many other diseases such as early HIV disease.

In search of an alternative method, Yale University scientists focused on peripheral tissues of the female genital tract. The problem is how to insert T-cells into the vaginal lining without causing a harmful immune reaction.

Research on rats, scientists have found a two-part vaccine cure method, called the 'prime and Pull' method . The 'Prime' stage is the vaccination phase to produce a T cell response. They found that T cells could stay in the body and create immunity against Herpes disease by blocking the spread of the Herpes virus to sensory neutrons.

The method used for this vaccine can be applied to all vaccines that help promote T cell immunity, help fight infections.
