According to Business Insider, PolyLevel is produced by Foundation Supportworks in the US in liquid form, made from high density polyurethan waterproofing agent and will expand after contact with air. Users only need to drill small holes above the surface to be lifted and install the conduit and pump PolyLevel inside.
