Mr. Kieran Dickson during his vacation in the village of Kassiopi recorded the image of a whirlpool 30 meters wide on May 24, according to Sputnik."Leaving the sun in Scotland and coming to this weather in Corfu," Dickson notes when posting videos on Facebook. The giant whirlpool phenomenon lasts about 5 minutes.
Kassiopi Village is a resort located on the fertile northeast coast of the island of Corfu. It used to be a traditional fishing village before the villas appeared, accompanied by tourists mainly from England and Italy.
