Many diners are very surprised when enjoying the chocolate flavored cake with materials from insects .
A student in Iceland has recently made plans to create meals with a variety of everyday foods, but the biggest difference is that all ingredients are made from insects.
A 2013 report by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) pointed out that insects are food of the future. With the health and environmental benefits of a complementary insect diet mentioned, Bui Bjarmar Aalalsteinsson developed an insect food processing plan.
First, he will build "houses" for insects. After being "fattened" , carefully cared for, he would harvest the insects and take them to the oven. After ripening, he will use a blender to crush insects.

This material will be mixed by Aalalsteinsson with many other flavors to make food that he believes will attract consumer tastes.
One of Aalalsteinsson's initial successes was the creation of chocolate-flavored cakes with insect-made ingredients. Most people feel very excited about this food. However, Aalalsteinsson admitted that not everyone is willing to try his food.
However, Aðalsteinsson said the larvae contain a plentiful amount of protein, along with fat and other nutrients such as meat. I hope, this project will continue to grow more widely.
Aalalsteinsson shared, his next creative idea would be to create larval pate that tastes like chicken, coconut chocolate dessert.
