Hercules beetle is a big bug that usually lives in South America. Body length of this species can reach 17cm (including horns). The two long, curved, solid horns occupy most of their body length as weapons used against enemies. This bug can also carry an object that weighs more than 800 times its body weight on its hard shell.

In the fight to gain the dominance between male beetles, they use horns to lift their opponents and knock them to the ground.
