Warming weather can cause migraine

Picture 1 of Warming weather can cause migraine The warmer weather and changes in air pressure can cause headaches and migraines, not air pollution as many people think for a long time.

The results of this study are by scientist Kenneth Mukamal and colleagues at the Medical Center in Boston (USA) and published in the journal "Neurology" in March.

Kenneth and colleagues conducted research on 7,000 male and female patients with headaches or migraines in the emergency room of a hospital between May 2000 and December 2007. .

Scientists used meteorological and meteorological concentrations to analyze air temperature, air pressure, humidity, carbon black substances and sulfur dioxides three days before patients were hospitalized and after hospitalization. The results showed that the weather factor is closely related to headache symptoms. Accordingly, if the temperature increases by 5 degrees C, the risk of headaches will increase by about 8% compared to the cooler days.

According to Kenneth, air temperature, humidity and pressure are still considered one of the causes of headaches, but so far there is little evidence to support this.

This study by scientist Kenneth helps us to know that the living environment has an impact on human health, especially for those who suffer from headaches.
