МАКC-2011 International Aerospace Exhibition
The 10th "МАКC-2011" international aerospace exhibition opened August 16, in Zhukov city in the suburbs of Moscow, Russia.
Participating in "МАКC-2011" this time, there are more than 840 companies and specialized organizations of 40 countries, especially Russia host with 27 groups and companies participating.
At the exhibition, more than 200 civilian and military aircraft were on display, including more than 100 aircraft of various types to perform in the sky outside the Russian capital.
Sukhoi superJet-100 passenger plane
Among the largest and most modern aircraft on display at "МАКC-2011" this time there are Sukhoi superJet-100 passenger aircraft , Tu-214, Airbus A320neo, A380 and Boeing-787 Dreamliner.
There are also Russian Su-27SM, Su-30M2, Su-34, Su-25SM, T-50 and unmanned aircraft attacking Luch , American F-15E fighters and F-16S , the famous B-52 bomber, the large S-130J and S-5 Galaxy military transport aircraft, Mi-26T2 heavy helicopter , Tu- strategic bombers 160, Il-76MD and MiG-29SMT , Mi-8MTS, Mi-28 and Ka-52 helicopter , S-300, Antei-2500 and Tor-M2K air defense systems .
The organizing committee of " МАКC-2011" is estimated to have about 600,000 visitors and the contracts signed at this aerospace exhibition will have a total value of over 10 billion USD.
The exhibition "МАКC-2011 " lasts until August 21, but in the first three days it is only open to professionals.
