The capacity of key public and private sector agencies will be strengthened, campaigns to raise awareness of the community on climate change will be implemented on the mass media. them.

This support also helps to design projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, estimate the total amount of greenhouse gases emitted corresponding to each growth scenario, and establish a database. Greenhouse gas emissions can be updated on a regular basis.

The Vietnamese government will provide counterpart funding of US $ 250,000, bringing the project's total funding to US $ 2.75 million. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is the implementing agency of the project, which is scheduled to start in May 2011 and be completed in May 2013.
