However, these communes are no longer flooded, some inter-village roads in Nghia Hanh district belong to the lower part of Song Ve only submerged locally, other areas of traffic have returned to normal.

Binh Dinh province has over 41 communes in 10 districts flooded, in which Tuy Phuoc district is flooded with 80% of the area. Many communes are divided and isolated by flood water. Heavy rains have caused flash floods in An Dung, An Vinh, An Nghia, An Toan and An Quang communes (An Lao district). The whole East dike system is mostly flooded, the average depth of submerged 0.5m is the deepest 1m.

Currently, flood water is still flooded in Tuy Phuoc district; Phu Cat district; and Quy Nhon city. The traffic has returned to normal, and now the road No. 640 of Ong Do-Cat Tuyen section is divided and not yet circulated.

Phu Yen province is flooded along the banks of Cau River, Dong Xa, and Ky Lo in 3 districts of Song Cau, Tuy An, and Dong Xuan but now it has been flooded, traffic has returned to normal.

Localities have urgently implemented measures to prevent rain and flood in key districts; mobilize forces to organize rescue for people in flooded areas; assigning forces at flooded and overflowed roads to guide people and means to participate in traffic; direct and coordinate the operation of reservoirs in the area.
