Although humans adapt well on Earth, it would be completely different to fly into space in zero gravity to perform missions.

The issues of temperature, gravity and radiation control really matter. Therefore, astronauts should be equipped with the best outfit to protect themselves and serve the work of mission.

Recently, NASA has revealed a new and improved space suit for astronauts on the Artemis mission to carry out the mission to the Moon, scheduled to begin in 2024.

The new suit is called Exploration Extravehicular Mobility Units or xEMUs . It may look similar to previous designs (around the late 1960s and early 1970s), but in reality there have been many improvements.

The introduced xEMUs suits are easier to move than previous suits without much movement under the feet. It also has articulated bearings and shoulder-lift so astronauts can move their upper body better.

At the same time, the gloves allow astronauts to move their fingers for easier grip. In addition, the suit is designed to protect against temperatures ranging from -156 to 121 degrees Celsius and is made for both men and women.

However, in order to deal with body fluids, astronauts will still have to wear a special diaper specifically for them when in space.
