A series of Palestinian graves were discovered

At least six graves contain Palestinian bodies, during the war of the Jewish state found in Jaffa (Palestine).

Researcher and historian Mahmoud Obeid told As-Safri newspaper that in Jaffa (Palestinian), his group dug two of the six mass graves of Palestinians killed in the Israeli war. -Early in 1948. They estimate that there are about 200 bodies in each tomb, mostly women, children and the elderly. Most have signs of violence.

Atar Zeinab, an 80-year-old fisherman, said he had been in the southern town of Jaffa to collect corpses in 1948. Most of them were stabbed by grenades. Women and children are put in the same place, no one knows who they are and can only be buried in a loudspeaker.

In 1948, the town of Jaffa (Palestine) witnessed an emigration of most Arabs, when the Israeli army and Jewish militia attacked. In 1950, the town of Jaffa was annexed to Tel Aviv and changed its name to Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Currently, this city is inhabited by Jews and Arabs.
