Beautiful popcorn than vegetables?

According to DailyMail, each serving of popcorn can provide up to 300mg of polyphenols, nearly twice the amount of 160mg found in every fruit serving (all types). This discovery has just been published by scientists from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania (USA) at the recent American Chemical Society conference.'Popcorn needs more respect. They are the source of gold nutrition, ' said expert Joe Vinson.
