Beer for dogs
After a hard day of work, there is nothing more exciting than enjoying a cool beer. So, Terrie Berenden, a pet shop owner in Zelhem, Netherlands, has created a beer for dogs, made from malt and beef extracts. (Photo: AP, VNE)
"A year ago we went to Austria to hunt with our dogs. At the end of the day we sat on the porch and drank beer. So, I think my dogs deserve to be paid," Berenden to speak.
Berenden collaborated with a local brewer to create non-alcoholic beer bottles, named Kwispelbier. The product was launched last week and is advertised as "your best friend's beer".
" Kwispel " in Dutch means wagging its tail. This beer can be taken by humans. But for $ 2.14 per bottle, it's four times more expensive than a bottle of Heineken.
