Benefits when keeping the body in the correct posture

Someone once told you: "Stand up straight" or scold you for sitting hunched over your meal? Such comments sound unpleasant, but not wrong at all.

Indeed, if your posture is not correct, muscle muscles will be harder to keep your body balanced, gradually these abnormal adaptations will weaken your body's resistance to pressure. You, causing wear and tear of joints and ligaments, also cause some parts of the body to function poorly like the lungs. So what does a standard posture look like?

Standard standing posture, from the point right in front of the shoulder, the point behind the hip, the point at the front of the knee, to a few centimeters after the ankle will form a straight line. Standard posture, straight neck and no forward, two relaxed shoulders, hands close to the body, knees forming a right angle, feet set straight on the floor. In addition, besides the standard postures there are some other considerations such as sleeping posture, wearing shoes or moving smartly.
