According to Weather.com, a person named Rogerio Pacheco recorded a cloud image on the morning of January 25.

"For me, the cloud that looks like God's hand is embracing the fireball ," Pacheco said. Meanwhile, many others compare it to a burning comet.

"The cloud is formed by the scattering of light . At the time of sunrise and sunset, light from the Sun passes longer distances in the Earth's atmosphere and is dispersed, causing brilliant colors like Red and orange are more dominant, ' explains meteorologist Quincy Vagell.

According to Vagell, the shape of the cloud results from the turbulent turbulence of low to moderate altitudes in the atmosphere. This type of cloud is often formed randomly and only exists for a very short time.
