Pushed and driven by the wind, Passing Cloud can fly around the United States to help passengers get a unique view of life from the air.

"The goal of the project is to reduce carbon emissions, to challenge transport means in terms of ideas, aesthetics and dynamics," said designer Tiago Barros.

Not only for outdoor travelers, Passing Cloud can also be used for a number of other purposes, such as to observe works, the implementation of disaster relief work in nature.

The 33-year-old designer hopes his model will be put into production, but is not sure when this stage will begin.
