Create strokes for round 1
Movement 2 (Photo: Nice).
This exercise helps solve some of the guilt due to the first round not being satisfactory. You need to practice regularly to ensure a perfect curve.
Legs spread with shoulders, arms lifted across the chest, clasped hands together. Push your hands to your right shoulder and press your hands together for 5 seconds. Switch sides. Do this 10 times.
Sit cross-legged, keeping your back straight. Use that hand to hold the other wrist. Push your hand to the right shoulder and pull the wrist outwards, holding for about 5 seconds. Practice 10 times for this movement.
Both of these movements have the effect of helping firm chest muscles to support the chest, creating beautiful breasts. It can be done both standing and sitting. If standing with your feet wide with your shoulders, if you sit, perform a sitting posture.
Last movement: Hold the pillow between your hands, raise it over your head. Slowly descend to face, two hands pressed tightly to the pillow, count to 10 and release, do 10 times.
