According to the announcement of a team of Santa Lucia Foundation scientists, for the first time in the history of human brain research, scientists have identified an area that controls people's emotional sentiment.

By using cutters to capture the cerebral cortex, the team, led by Professor Carlo Caltagirone of the foundation, discovered the area where perceptions of sin appeared in the front and back of the white matter region. The brain, which consists of a network of nerve fibers, helps brain regions communicate with each other.

According to Professor Caltagirone, the brain region actively participates in the human cognitive process.

Adjusting sensations occurs frequently due to lesions or vibrations on the brain after strong emotional or physical effects.

This important finding helps scientists have a deeper understanding of people's emotions, and facilitates the treatment of patients with better brain damage.
