Eating lots of fat makes it difficult to sleep
Not sleeping well can be the result of eating too much fat during the day.
The study, done by Cibele Crispim at Sao Paulo Federal University, Brazil, found that the more fat you consume every day, the harder it will be to have a good night's sleep.
In particular, fried snacks or dishes filled with cheese will disturb your sleep.

Research in the laboratory shows that the more fat you eat every day, the more likely you are to wake up in the middle of the night, trampling and unable to fall asleep all night.
Eating more fat also increases your ability to breathe deeply, and the rapid eye movement (REM) phase is shortened. This period, when dreams often happen, helps you become more active the next day.
