Although both groups of mice were able to get enough sleep, the group of mice fed during the day often had a shorter sleep cycle.Their daily rhythm has been disturbed , from which the level of activity of the proteins is also affected , in which there is an important protein that affects learning and memory formation. At the same time, these mice also showed less memory in later tests.

This study is the first evidence of the effect of eating time on learning and memory . Although it is now too early to conclude whether eating when sleepy negatively affects the functioning of the human brain, Dr. Loh thinks that is very likely. More human clinical studies are needed before final conclusions are made, but in fact, scientists have encountered a number of cases where night shift workers are less aware. compared to ordinary people.
