Health experts warn that darkness can lead to stress, lack of energy, sleep cravings and consumption of many sweet and fat foods in each person.

"When there is no light, we are slow, tired, which is a sign of seasonal emotional turmoil," said a person from Lille who spent $ 47 on light therapy, said.

According to weather forecasts, cloudy weather will continue to maintain, making the situation of darkness possible in the coming days.
