A British inventor has unveiled a wingless fan and rotary shaft, but still produces a powerful blower like a conventional fan.

The Daily Mail said, Dyson Air Multiplier , the name of the fan, was invented by James Dyson. The scientist was famed for producing a vacuum cleaner in the 1990s.
