The constellation is located in the northeast of the constellation constellation, opposite the Taurus constellation to the west of the Milky Way. This is one of 12 Zodiac constellations.
In this constellation, there are 2 bright stars Gemini alpha (Chinese called Bac Ha 2) and Beta (Bac Ha 3) Gemini symbolizing the heads of 2 gods Jeus: Castor and Pollux. Alpha Gemini and Beta Gemini are close together, showing close brotherhood. Three hundred years ago, these two stars had the same brightness, but now why are you (Bac Ha 3) brighter than you (Bac Ha 2). Bac Ha 3 is still a first-class star, while Bac Ha has 2 star-class stars.
In the constellation Gemini has a cluster of meteors, its radiation point is near the Alpha Gem. Every year around December 11, there are still some rain showers, peaking on the 13th. At that time, a series of streaks of stars changed the beam to look very beautiful.
Greek mythology tells that, Jeus loves Leda, his wife Tyndareus, gives birth to Pollux. Pollux has a brother between Leda and King Tyndareus is Castor. The two brothers loved each other very much, but unfortunately Castor died. Pollux asks Jeus for 2 people to be together forever. Jeus agrees to take both of them into the sky to become a Gemini star. Year after year, they remained side by side forever.
