Both predators and prey are almost identical in size. Consumption of large prey is not too strange in pythons. They do not use teeth to bite or chew prey, but python teeth curl inward, thanks to the enlarged jaw bone structure to swallow large prey. The python hunts all kinds of warm-blooded animals by biting and then snatching it, then squeezing its body tightly to death and swallowing slowly.
According to locals, this green Anaconda has a length of up to 9m and weighs about 2.5 quintals.
