Recently, a short video clip showing a pair of snakes intertwined appeared on TikTok. Despite many people watching, the snakes showed no fear and made no attempt to attack or move away.

Many people were surprised by this sight. Some even expressed concern, wondering if the snakes intertwined were some kind of omen.

It's not surprising that some people have such questions, because in Vietnamese culture, snakes are not just ordinary animals but have also become a spiritual symbol.

Immediately after this clip appeared on social media, however, contrary to the belief that it was some kind of "omen," many netizens spoke up to clarify, saying that it was actually just a mating scene between two snakes.

"These snakes are mating, everyone. It's just their breeding season, don't worry too much."

"Many people immediately think of spiritual matters when they see snakes. But this scene definitely shows them mating."
