Lightweight concrete reduces the price of foundation

Lightweight concrete slabs have been used to build and assemble hundreds of houses for Linh Trung, Thu Duc, HCMC and 11 districts and towns in Dong Thap province.

Dr. Nguyen Van Chanh and engineer Phan Huynh Phuong have successfully created lightweight concrete using corn core aggregates. The advantage of this concrete is that it has relatively high tensile and bending resistance, higher impact resistance than conventional concrete. The source of materials to produce this concrete is easy to find, suitable in places where clay bricks cannot be produced.

3D-panel panels can create fever

3D panels are present in Vietnam for a long time, but so far the application of this material is almost negligible. The 3D plate is also capable of withstanding 7.5 magnitude earthquakes thanks to two sides of high-strength steel and three-dimensional zinc, and is subjected to storm winds of up to 300 km per hour; sound insulation, heat insulation, fire resistance in good heat.

Walls are made of 3D panels.

According to Mr. Tran Quang Hoang's affirmation, the cost of 3D panels is also cheaper than traditional construction materials. If calculating 1m ² premises, depending on the design of the house, the price from 2.3 to 2.4 million VND per m ² .
