Drink fruit juice in small quantities and only after eating.

Experts conduct mice to drink fruit juice and bile when their stomachs are empty. It turns out that in this state, the small intestine is unable to separate but that fruit sugar directly enters the large intestine and seriously damages microorganisms that are unable to cope with carbohydrates. Such a situation occurs with both canned fruit juice and fresh juices.

At the same time, scientists found that 90% of fructose fruit sugar is absorbed mainly in the small intestine.

Researchers recommend drinking small amounts and only after eating . This approach will prevent the "blockage" of the digestive system and not damage the intestinal bacteria.
