The reason because brushing is the activity that helps remove food plaque, where harmful bacteria grow in your oral cavity. Therefore, the right time to brush your teeth is about 30 minutes after breakfast. This is a time to help regain neutralizing alkalinity in your mouth if you consume an acidic breakfast, which can affect tooth enamel.

In the morning when you wake up, brush your teeth before drinking water?

A wrong advice. Because it is clear that evening brushing helps you remove plaque from the last meal of the day . The harmful bacteria has been restricted to the maximum extent and you do not have to brush your teeth to remove the unpleasant smell in your mouth.

Sometimes they come from beneficial bacteria that produce good enzymes and you can take them down to the intestinal tract with a cup of warm water.

In addition, if you brush your teeth as soon as you wake up, you'll have to brush your teeth again after breakfast. Not brushing your teeth after breakfast will leave plaque and they will stay in your mouth through lunch. It will be a golden time and a great house for bacteria.
