Another Japanese tourist and a Chinese who made the Japanese travel agency currently being treated at a local hospital also belong to the same group, according to Xinhua.

The group came from Beijing to climb the mountain, part of the Great Wall tour on Saturday morning. They were trapped overnight on Saturday after arriving in a rugged mountain area in Huaihai District, Hebei Province, the statement said.

The bodies of two dead people were found at around 7 pm Sunday.
