They say the identities will be very useful for forensic doctors in identifying corpses after natural disasters and terrorist attacks with many victims. Identity can carry personal information such as name, nationality, date of birth, gender and identity number.
Belgian scientists have tested a hole in the teeth, implanted the beetle. This insect withstand chewing forces and remain active after being heated to 450 o C.
