After the launching ceremony of CEO & CIO at the floor, guests and members of CEO & CIO Club were invited by the Organizing Committee to attend the opening ceremony of Vietnam E-Commerce Conference (Vebiz 2007) organized by IDG and E-Commerce Department (Ministry of Trade) at 1st floor of Press Club.

However, perhaps because the BTC did not anticipate the total number of visitors, it led to a lack of a table. Many delegates and guests did not have seats, left to leave or stand outside the opening hall of Vebiz.

Thankfully, the organizers "added" a few extra tables in the lobby, helping the guests and delegates outside the hall to escape the situation "to be invited to the party, but to look outside to see everyone inside eating ".
